Peknga Kedah Sambal Bilis

Peknga ialah lempeng kelapa tradisi Kedah, dikenali sebagai “tempek kat belanga”, dibuat dengan parutan kelapa segar yang beri rasa lemak manis semula jadi. Dihidangkan bersama sambal bilis pedas sebagai pelengkap rasa.

Peknga is a traditional Kedah-style coconut pancake, locally known as “tempek kat belanga,” made with freshly grated coconut that gives a naturally rich and lightly sweet flavour. Served with spicy anchovy sambal to complete the experience.
